Cà Bonfadini

Hotel Ca’ Bonfadini is located in Venice, inside the homonymous palace, overlooking the Cannaregio Canal, in Fondamenta Savorgnan.

In the past, it was the home of the noble family Bonfadini since the seventeenth century. Then, the palace was bought by the Vivante, a rich Jewish family, who chose it for the strategic location within the city.

The understated architectural structure, encloses a sumptuous decorative apparatus. In fact, between 1811 and 1815, the most important decorators of the neoclassical Venetian season were invited to beautify the interior. Among these we remember the artists: Borsato and Bevilacqua, in collaboration with the most important ornamental plasterers.
